I thought I'd share a little post about 'how it started...'. And I've got to be honest, it was all completely by accident! Let's rewind to 10 years ago. I was pregnant with my second crotch goblin and we had just moved in to our first family home. Being super excited to decorate the nursery, I got stuck in straight away, making plaques, wall decor and door signs to compliment his room. I've always been in to 'crafting' since a little cuntling, so naturally I had to make some little bits for the new nursery.... When the nursery was complete, I shared the photo's to my Facebook and I instantly had interest in Lewy's door plaque. 'where did you get it' 'can you make me one', 'how much are these' were a common question so I was amazed when I told them I made it myself, they asked how much to make them one too! I was a hairdresser at the time, coming up to my maternity leave so in my 'spare' time I found myself making lots of signs for friends & family. I used all the profits I made to purchase new stock and offered a wide range of handmade personal products. I went back to working in a hairdressers after my maternity leave but because I was so busy with the handmade business, I decided to quit and went full time doing what I loved best! It was a scary decision but the best I had made in my career life. But, how did it go from handmade with not a swear word in sight to what it is today....
